Leading Change in Organisations

I speak about leadership and change as they are actually experienced - not as they’re often described!

My talks focus on:

  • how responsibility and pressure quietly concentrate in leadership roles

  • why change becomes psychological, not just procedural

  • the role of safety, trust and adult‑to‑adult relationships in performance

  • what leaders can do differently when certainty isn’t available

Audiences don’t leave with slogans or frameworks to memorise.

They leave with:

  • language for what they’re experiencing

  • insight into patterns they recognise immediately

  • practical shifts they can make in how they lead and relate

I speak at conferences, leadership events and internal forums where honesty, reflection and practical relevance matter more than hype.

In collaboration with Blue Heron Training we have joined forces to develop a powerful proposition for organisations. Check out the videos below to get a flavour of our work.
