This space is designed to help you:

  • work out what matters when everything feels urgent

  • cut through complexity and competing demands

  • surface assumptions you may be carrying without realising

  • explore different ways of seeing a situation

  • think about next steps without rushing to action

It’s not about advice or answers.
It’s about clarity.

How it works

You’ll be guided by prompts and questions that help you look at a situation from different angles.

The space is supported by AI, but the focus stays firmly on you:

  • your context

  • your judgement

  • your responsibility

Nothing you share is used for marketing or sales.
You can use it once, or return whenever you need space to think. It's private - only James Russell sees what you talk about.

When people find it most useful

People tend to use the Change Thinking Space when:

  • decisions carry real consequence

  • responsibility feels heavy or unclear

  • things feel stuck, messy or hard to name

  • they’re in the middle of a transition

  • they want to think before talking to others

It’s particularly useful when there’s pressure to move quickly and clarity matters more than speed.

What it isn’t

To be clear, this isn’t:

  • coaching

  • consulting

  • therapy

  • a chatbot giving answers

It’s a thinking partner — designed to support reflection, not replace human judgement. You are still in control and responsible for what you do.
