How my coaching works
I trained to be a coach in 2017 with Heidrick & Struggles to ICF ACA level. My training focused on establishing a coaching role that best serves you.
There are many coaching techniques available to help you unlock insight that enables you to take positive steps forward. To get things going, I have found that using Motivational Maps will help you tune-in to what your current motivations are and how fulfilled these motivations are right now. As such I am a trained Motivational Maps practitioner.
Depending on what is best for you, once we agree a coaching relationship, we might work through the following:
Establish where you are trying to get to (your goals)
Explore what's getting in the way
Maybe changing the way you see yourself
Changing the way you respond to people, situations and events
Helping you map out how you can get to where you want to get to
Supporting you as you take the steps to move forward
